How are sublimated products different from vinyl products?

When a design is sublimated into a product, the design is essentially printed into the substrate (the tumbler) and makes it part of the product. With vinyl designs, the vinyl is applied over the product and can still be prone to peeling.

Are the tumblers dishwasher safe?

No, it is recommended for any of our tumbler products to be handwashed. Although the tumblers designs are sublimated and will not peel, it can still scratch off with pressurized water from the dishwasher.

Are all your tumbler products good for hot and cold drinks? How long does they keep contents warm or cold?

All our tumbler products are double-insulated and are safe for hot and cold drinks. However, our 32 oz hydro tumblers come with a plastic straw so we do not recommend for it to be used for hot drinks. Our 3 oz mini tumbler keychains and 20 oz stainless steel tumblers come with stainless steel straws and can be used for both hot and cold drinks.

Our tumblers can keep your drinks warm for about 3-4 hours, while it can keep your drinks cold for about 6-8 hours.

How durable are your wooden products?

All of our wooden products are finished with multiple coats of clear polyurethane seal to withstand any potential weather or water damage.
